Ahh good old Eastwood. This property was an auction stinker; a 3 bed terraced just off the high street. The property was an ex-drug den. The roof was leaking and some of the joists were twisting and the entire upper floor needed reboarding.

We rewired , replumbed and completely renovated this property in 3 months and it sold the first week we listed it on the market for asking price.
