To the unexperienced, this property appeared to be a bum from the outside. However it was just 100m from a tram station and after our market research we were very confident we could make a tidy profit.

Despite one estate agent adamant this was 'the lower area' and undervaluing the property by 22k we were still very confident. We opted for another agent and sold within the first week above asking price. The sale is now complete.
